| Following an outstanding playing career at McDaniel (MD) College, Redding returned to Westminster, serving as the men's assistant for nine seasons. He played an integral role in recruiting and helped build the Green Terror into one of the Mid-Atlantic region's top programs, earning post-season bids in his last two seasons. He led the Red Devils to a 12-5-1 mark in 2005, earning a bid to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Tournament. The Devils battled Swarthmore to a scoreless tie. The Garnet Tide advanced, edging the Devils 4-3 in penalty kicks. A 1993 graduate of McDaniel, then known as Western Maryland, Redding led the Green Terror in scoring in each of his four seasons. Finishing fourth overall for points in a career, the two-time All-Centennial Conference selection appears throughout the Green Terror record books. In addition to his duties at McDaniel, Redding has served as a staff coach for the Maryland Olympic Development Program. He currently resides in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with his wife Julie, son Griffin and four month old daughter Ashlyn.
