entering as Degree Candidates Fall 1999 or after:*
| Freshman Seminar | Required for all Freshman in the Fall |
| Division I | 2 courses from 2 categories |
| Division II | 2 courses from 2 different areas or departments |
| Division III | 2 lab courses |
| Comparative Civilization | 1 course (can double count) |
| Language | Through intermediate level |
| U.S. Diversity | 1 course (can double count) |
| Writing Intensive | 1 course (can double count) |
| Quantitative Reasoning | 1 course (can double count for Div. I or Div. II) |
| Physical Education | 4 activity blocks or 3 activity blocks and 1 cognitive |
| Transfer Credit | C or better |
| Total Credit | 32 |
