ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS

Enrollment verifications for current Dickinson College students - needed for Health Insurance or any other proof of enrollment - are handled by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).

Each semester we submit the most current enrollment status for each student to the NSC. To determine how to obtain your (your son's/daughter's) enrollment verification, please refer to the following time table:

Getting your enrollment verification through Banner Self-Service

Students may log onto gateway.dickinson.edu and print an official enrollment verification immediately from a personal computer.

  1. Click on Self-Service Tab
  2. Select Student & Financial Aid Menu
  3. Select Student Records
  4. Select the Enrollment Verification Request link - you will automatically be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse web page.
  5. Follow the instructions from there (be sure to select "All Enrollment" - the default is only current enrollment). This service is free of charge.

If you are unable to access your verification through Banner Self-Service and wish to request a verification otherwise, you may send a written request via US Mail or fax to:

In your request be sure to include the student's name, social security number, and any mailing specifications needed. We suggest including your policy number/holder name or other form of ID number, so that your health insurance company will be able to easily identify the verification. Please allow 7 days for processing. This method is also free of charge.

If you do not have Banner Self-Service access and need the verification immediately you may contact the National Student Clearinghouse via the internet. The Clearinghouse charges a $2.50 fee for this service and you will need a current credit card. You will be able to print the "Enrollment Verification Certificate" from your printer.
