Tuesday, 25 March

1715hrs.          41 South College Street, Rear, Todd House, Residential Student Housing, Exterior – Parking Lot.  Vandalism.  Report of damage to private property, specifically the tires of a vehicle having been punctured.  This incident is believed to have occurred during the weekend of 21 March 2008.  Anyone who may have additional  information is requested to please contact the Department of Public Safety at (717) 245-1349 or www.dickinson.edu/departments/pubsaf/anonymoustips.html

 

 


 

Wednesday, 26 March

0200hrs.          343 West Louther Street, Rector Science Complex – Construction Site.  Hazardous Conditions Response.  Investigation of possible hazardous conditions, specifically the odor of propane gas in the air, was conducted by the Borough of Carlisle Fire Department, Police Department, and Public Safety.  Inspected the site and found that there was no danger to the community.

 


 

Thursday, 27 March

1345hrs.          13009 Woodward Drive, Carlisle, Property adjacent to Campus.  Property – Damage.  Local resident reported private property having been damaged as a resulted of College activities.

 


 

Friday, 28 March

0250hrs.          25 / 27 West High Street, High Street Apartments, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Cooking Related.  Alarm triggered by burnt food.

 

 


 

Saturday, 29 March

1915hrs.          25 / 27 West High Street, High Street Apartments, Residential Student Housing.  Policy Violation – Animal Related.  Violation of College housing policies were discovered during a service call to the residence.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.  Owner was instructed to remove the animal from the residence.

 

0055hrs.          412 / 414 Dickinson Avenue, Baird / McClintock Halls, Residential Student Housing.  Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct.  Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for vandalism, specifically damage to an interior door, and related disorderly conduct.  Criminal charges have been filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and this matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 


 

Sunday, 30 March

0045hrs.          51 North College Street, The Quarry / Cafe on College, Exterior.  Liquor Law and Related Violations.  Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for liquor law violations and public drunkenness.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 

0255hrs.          60 South College Street, Drayer Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Liquor Law and Related Violations.  Investigation of a fire alarm system activation, resulted in the identification of one student for tampering with fire equipment, liquor law and other related violations.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 

1210hrs.          410 Dickinson Avenue, McKenney Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Vandalism.  Report of an exterior window having been broken during the preceding weekend, believed to have occurred on the night of Friday, 28 March 2008. 1430hrs.          405 West High Street, Cooper Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Vandalism. Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for vandalism and related charges, specifically for entering into the residence of another and urinating on the resident’s private property.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.
