a minor traffic collision with a parked vehicle.

College Policy Violation. Discovery of unauthorized
entry into a College residence.
Suspect was later identified as a student of the College. This incident has been forwarded to the
College Discipline System for further review.

2055hrs. 551 West Louther Street, Goodyear Building, Apartments, Residential
Student Housing. Fire Alarm Response – Water Flow. Investigation of a water flow alarm resulted
in the discovery of a burst sprinkler system pipe. Facilities Management Services responded to
the scene and repairs were effected.

Center. Trespassing. Investigation of a reported juvenile related
disturbance resulted in the arrest of two juvenile male suspects for
trespassing; both were referred to Cumberland County Juvenile Probation
Authority.

Assist Other Law Enforcement Agency. The Borough of Carlisle Police Department
(CPD) was assisted in the investigation of a reported juvenile related
disturbance in the area of Linder
Park, that resulted in three juvenile male suspects attempting
to evade CPD Officers. The suspects
were apprehended on College property at the Orange Street Complex and turned
over to CPD.

resulted in the discovery of drug / narcotics violations within the
residence. This incident has been

2040hrs. 402 West High Street, Malcolm Hall,
Residential Student Housing. Liquor Law Violations. Investigation of a reported use of false
identification resulted in the identification of one suspect for liquor law
violations, specifically the possession and use of false identification,
and the purchase and possession of liquors while under legal age. This matter has been forwarded to the College
Discipline System for further review.

resulted in the discovery of an unregistered event with alcohol within the
residence, and the subsequent identification of liquor law violations –

Apartments, Residential Student Housing, Exterior. Liquor Law Violations
& Related. Investigation
of suspicious activity resulted in the identification of two suspects for
liquor law violations, specifically possession of false identification,
possession and consumption of liquors while under legal age, and providing
false information to a law enforcement officer.
