1625hrs. 100 block Dickinson Avenue, Street Adjoining Campus. Assault. Borough of Carlisle Police Department Investigation – Public Crime Alert and Request for Information.
Carlisle Police are investigating an assault which occurred off campus, and they need your help. The assault occurred in the 100 block of Dickinson Avenue near the old Public Safety Building April 7, 2008 at approximately 4:20 p.m. A male student reported to the Carlisle Police Department and Public Safety that as he passed a group of people just east of 162 Dickinson Avenue he was struck in the head by one of the individuals. The victim followed the individuals to West High Street and then lost sight of them. The victim was not seriously injured as a result of this assault.
Suspect #1, the assailant, is described as a white male, 17-23 years of age, 5’6”-5’10”, short brown hair, slender build, and an overall dirty appearance. Last seen wearing a red “hoodie”, a white long sleeve t-shirt, and blue jeans
Suspect #2, a member of the group with the assailant, is described as a black male, large in stature, 6’1”-6’2”. Last seen wearing a hat, a black coat, a green t-shirt, and blue jeans
Suspect #3, a member of the group with the assailant, is described as a black male, heavyset, 5’8”-6’0”, with broad shoulders. Last seen wearing a red backpack and jeans
Suspect #4, a member of the group with the assailant, is described as a male with medium skin color, possibly Hispanic
Person #5, a possible witness or a member of the group with the assailant, is described as a white male, slender build, 5’8-5’11”, with straight black hair (possibly spiked). Last seen wearing a long, gray, leather jacket

Thursday, 10 April
1010hrs. 28 North College Street, Holland Union Building. Damage to College Property. Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for damage to computer equipment within the HUB “Micro Room”. This matter has been resolved.
1210hrs. 300 block West Louther Street, Rector Science Complex Parking Lot. Traffic Collision without Injury. Illegally parked vehicle struck.
Friday, 11 April
1035hrs. 200 block West Pomfret Street, Street Adjoining Campus. Policy Violations – Parking / Vehicle related. Investigation of repeated parking complaints resulted in the identification of policy violations regarding first year student vehicle prohibitions. Information forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.
1300hrs. 28 North College Street, Holland Union Building. Fire Alarm – Accidental. Alarm triggered during renovations.
1445hrs. 333 West High Street, Waidner-Spahr Library. Larceny / Theft. Student reported the theft of an unattended and unsecured laptop computer, described as being a Compac, Presario, dark metallic grey in color. 1650hrs. 379 West Louther Street, Residential Student Housing. Fire Alarm – Accidental. Alarm triggered by hair burnt during styling.
2310hrs. 90 South College Street, Adams Hall, Residential Student Housing. Fire Alarm – Cooking Related. Alarm triggered by burnt food.
2355hrs. Rush Campus / Mooreland Avenue Parking Lot. Traffic Collision with Injury – Hit & Run. Investigation resulted in the identification of the striking vehicle and operator.
Saturday, 12 April
2155hrs. Nisbet Campus, McKenney Hall, Residential Student Housing, Exterior. Liquor Law Violations. Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for liquor law violations. This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.
Sunday, 13 April
0050hrs. 400 block West High Street, Street Adjoining Campus. Assist other Law Enforcement Agency. Borough of Carlisle Police Department were assisted in the investigation and identification and arrest of one non-College related suspect for driving under the influence.
