Monday, 14 April

0015hrs.          Nisbet Campus, 412 / 414 Dickinson Avenue, Baird / McClintock Hall, Residential Student Housing, Exterior. Disorderly Conduct.  Investigation of reported suspicious behavior, discharge of fireworks and a minor fire on/near the exterior of the residence resulted in the discovery of intentionally burned clothing and the explosion of class C fireworks. 2025hrs.          55 Cherry Street, Armstrong Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Cooking Related.  Alarm triggered by burnt food.

 

 


 

Tuesday, 15 April

0110hrs.          400 West North Street, Kaufman Building Complex Parking Lot, area of 100 block Cherry Street. Public Drunkenness.  Investigation resulted in the identification of one student for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct - public urination; suspect was observed urinating on a parked vehicle.  Criminal charges have been filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and this matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 

 


 

Wednesday, 16 April

0930hrs.,         500 block West Louther Street, Street Adjoining Campus.  Suspicious Incident.  Report of suspicious incident - female subject reported having been approached by a black male driving a Jeep, Cherokee SUV, black in color. Subsequent investigation / search of the area identified the suspect, who was then issued a trespass warning and released.

 

1155hrs.          49 North West Street, Stuart House, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Cooking Related.  Alarm triggered by burnt food.

 

1500hrs.          434 West Louther Street, Wilson - Davidson Hall, Residential Student Housing. Assault.  Investigation of reported assault.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline system for further review.

Friday, 18 April

0055hrs.         410 Dickinson Avenue, McKenney Hall, Residential Student Housing. Damage to College Property.  Investigation of reported vandalism to College property - broken window, resulted in the identification of one subject for accidental damage to property.   This matter has been forwarded to the College for restitution.

 

 

0200hrs.          434 West Louther Street, Wilson / Davidson Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Cooking Related.  Alarm triggered by burnt food.

 

1835hrs.          Nisbet Campus, Campus Property, 400 block Dickinson Avenue. Liquor Law Violations and DUI.   Investigation of reported suspicious behavior resulted in the identification of one suspect for liquor law violations and DUI.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 

2340hrs.          23 Cherry Street, Conway Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Liquor Law Violation.  Investigation resulted in the identification of one subject for liquor law.  Subject was transported by EMS to CRMC for evaluation and treatment.

 

 


 

Saturday, 19 April

0045hrs.          551 West Louther Street, Goodyear Building, Apartments, Residential Student Housing, Exterior.   Disorderly Conduct.  Report of suspicious incident, white male subject in a Ford SUV, blue in color with white pin-stripe, attempted to start an altercation between himself and a passing pedestrian. Suspect vehicle fled the scene when the pedestrian called Public Safety for assistance via his mobile telephone. Subsequent search of the surrounding area did not locate the suspect vehicle. 0100hrs.          412 /414 Dickinson Avenue, Baird / McClintock Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Tampering.  Alarm triggered by tampering with fire equipment – unauthorized activation of a manual pull-station. 0100hrs.         90 South College Street, Adams Hall, Residential Student Housing, Exterior.  Liquor Law Violation. Investigation resulted in the identification of one suspect for liquor law violations - possession / consumption.  This matter has been forwarded to the College Discipline System for further review.

 

0605hrs.          434 West Louther Street, Wilson / Davidson Hall, Residential Student Housing.  Fire Alarm – Cooking Related.  Alarm triggered by burnt food.

 

1600hrs.          173 West Louther Street, Campus Property. 0040hrs.          Reed Street, 500 block, Rear Parking Lot, Exterior of Campus Buildings. Liquor Law Violations. Investigation of a reported disturbance resulted in the identification of one suspect for liquor law violations. Criminal charges have been filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
