The major in international business and management offers Dickinson students an interdisciplinary program that combines the study of economics, business, and management with the study of foreign languages and cultures. The objectives of the IB&M major are: To provide students an opportunity to enhance skills for critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. To familiarize students with financial management and leadership concepts, principles, and practices. To demonstrate the broad (business and non-business) applications of these concepts, principles, and practices. To encourage self-analysis and reflection.
