MESSAGE FROM THE DEPARTMENT CHAIR

Dear Alumni,
The History Department is in the process of up-dating the Alumni section of our department web page. We would love for you to share stories about your experiences since graduation, particularly mentioning if the history major had any effect on your career or life interests. The main purpose of this web site is to foster a connection among former history majors, faculty, and our current history majors. We are hoping to hear from more of you about your life “after Dickinson.”

Please take some time to look around the site. Much has changed in the last few years. We have new requirements for the major, two new fields (African History and the History of Science and the Environment), and a number of new faculty. We hope that we trained you well and hope that we can get better each and every year. Our connection with alumni is a key component of our past and future success.
