The Max Kade Center

for the Study of Contemporary German Culture

Max Kade Center for the Study of Contemporary German Culture has been established on the Dickinson College Campus in honor of Max Kade, a distinguished German-American industrialist and philanthropist.

The Center provides a focal point for programming relating to the study of contemporary German culture. Public downstairs rooms include a small library, a seminar/exhibition room, small kitchen, and bath. Upstairs there is an apartment for German guests of the College, and for other guests contributing to the College's academic programming
