Welcome to Facilities Management's
new work order system.

Please follow the simple steps below to set up an account in the new system.

1. Click on the link below.
2. Enter your email address. If the system recognizes you, continue on to the request page. If the system does not recognize you, enter your last name.
3. Enter your information--First and last name, email, phone extension
4. Enter the information for your Service Request. Required fields are marked by a check.
5. Submit your request.
   The submittal password in Step 6 is "PASSWORD"

Once you have completed the above steps, the site should remember your information and next time you need to make a request, you can use the "existing users" link which will take you directly to the Service Request login page.
