Facilities Management

Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds on campus. The department, which includes housekeepers, groundskeepers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and HVAC technicians, is responsible for everything from changing light bulbs and mowing the grass to managing campus energy systems and constructing new buildings on campus. The departments's goal is to provide excellent service to the community while protecting and enhancing the college's physical assets, its buildings and grounds. Facilities Management supports the college's program by providing safe, clean, functional efficient, environmentally sustainable and aesthetically pleasing facilities for the college community, its neighbors and visitors.
