The mission of the division of Enrollment Management & College Relations is to build, support and maintain a lifelong connection to Dickinson by developing relationships between and among prospective and current students, parents, alumni and faculty.

We will communicate the value of a Dickinson education by promoting the accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff and alumni. We will demonstrate the connections between the knowledge students develop at Dickinson and the actions taken in life, making clear the impact of their contributions to the college, and inspiring in them a lifetime commitment to Dickinson.

Our vision is to support the academic mission of the college by enrolling a diverse and accomplished student body, maintaining a healthy net tuition revenue, easing the transition from college to work, building a supportive alumni base, and projecting an image of prestige while promoting national and international visibility.
