Upper Quads
Baird-McClintock, Buchanan, Conway, Cooper and Longsdorff Halls:
Constructed 42 years ago to serve as campus fraternity residences, the Upper Quads today are primarily first-year residence halls. Each building contains rooms in the "S" shape and accommodates two, three or four students. Each building also has various lounge spaces, laundry, and kitchen facilities. Lower Quads
Armstrong, Atwater, Davidson/Wilson Halls:
Also former fraternity residences, the Lower Quads are now home to first-year students. Rooms in these buildings are in an "S" shape as well. The first floor of the buildings have lounge areas and laundry facilities. Davidson/Wilson, newly renovated, is home to our learning communities. These buildings are located across from the Upper Quads, between the HUB and the Kline Center. Room Dimensions
Adams Hall
Adams Hall is home to about 170 students in a traditional style, co-ed setting. The building houses primarily first-year students and floors are separated in to male and female wings. The building features a large basement lounge with a kitchen, as well as a large laundry room. This building is located on one corner of the Rush Campus, across High Street from the library. Drayer Hall
Drayer houses nearly 180 students, primarily first-year students, in corridors with a variety of room shapes and sizes. The floors in this co-ed building are separated in to male and female wings. It has an elevator and a beautifully furnished lounge complete with a piano. There is a kitchen on the third floor, and laundry rooms in the basement and on the second floor. This building is located on the Rush Campus, across High Street from the Library. Room Dimensions
Kisner-Woodward Hall
Home to about 90 students, "KW" includes mostly single rooms with custom made furniture. The building is divided in to two small towers with laundry facilities in each tower. KW is known for a quiet study atmosphere making it a favorite for upperclass students. It is located on Dickinson Walk behind the library. Room Dimensions
Malcolm Hall
Housing about 80 students, Malcolm's "mini suite" style room arrangements are ideal for four students. Each room has a common area space and two adjoining bedrooms for more of an apartment-like setting. Laundry facilities are located in the building. This building is located directly across the street from the library. Room Dimensions
McKenney Suites
The McKenney suites hold about 100 students, 8 to a suite. Each suite has a common space, a bathroom and four adjoining bedrooms. The second floor suites have an extended ceiling with exposed wooden beams. It is the perfect combination of apartment-style living while allowing students to remain in the flow of on-campus activity. The complex also features a laundry room and two common lounges. This building is located on Dickinson Walk adjacent to the library. Room Dimensions
*Note: Students who opt to live in the McKenney Suites sign an agreement with Residential Life at room selection allowing the department to use the suites for Winter Break Housing. Room A, of the suites, is designated as storage space during the Winter Break.
Morgan Hall
Recently renovated, Morgan Hall is home to approximately 160 upperclass students. The building features single and double rooms as well as three and four person suites. Each suite also a private bathroom. The first floor has a large kitchen and lounge space. The first and third floors also have laundry facilities. Morgan is located on one corner of Rush campus, across High Street from the library. Room Dimensions
Witwer Hall
Housing about 80 students, Witwer's "mini suites" are much like those found in Malcolm. In addition, each floor has a kitchen unit and a storage closet. A spacious lounge on the first floor is used for both studying and socializing. Laundry facilities are located in the building. This building is located on one corner of Rush campus, adjacent to Allison United Methodist Church. Room Dimensions
Goodyear
Goodyear is an apartment facility housing 118 students. Options include 2, 3, 4 and 5 person apartments with an assortment of single and double rooms. Each apartment has a private bathroom and it's own kitchen. Common laundry facilities are located in the basement and there is parking behind the building. Located on West Louther Street this building is approximately one block from the Kline Center and the Lower Quads. Room Dimensions
