Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Workshop |

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can help you and your students
understand how their seemingly random behavior and preferences are
actually consistent. The MBTI is a self-report instrument takes about 30 minutes to
administer. Depending on the test version, it can be self-scored
or scored by the Career Center. Originally based on Carl Jung's
theory of personality types, the MBTI is a nonjudgmental instrument
that has been used in thousands of research studies. The MBTI helps your students understand how they prefer to get
information, make decisions, and orient their lives. The Career
Center staff can administer the MBTI to you and your students and
offer an interactive workshop analyzing the results in a positive
and non-threatening manner. Some of the interpretations of the MBTI scores include:
