In the Caf: 100% Grass-fed Beef from Dickinson Farm

Today in the caf, students and staff enjoyed "Dragon's Breath Chili over Rice", made with 100% Grass-fed Beef from Dickinson Farm. Yum!

On Saturday, March 31st, students will enjoy  100% Grass-fed Beef from Dickinson Farm a second time, with meatloaf!

2012 Local Food Dinner Tickets on Sale

Tickets for the 2012 Local Food Dinner, to be held on March 24th at 6:30pm, can be purchased in the lower level of the HUB starting on March 5. This year's keynote speaker is author Ben Hewitt and the menu includes shepherd's pie, mushroom risotto, butternut squash soup and other local delicacies. Tickets will be a suggested donation of $7 for students, $15 for non-students. Tickets will be on sale at the following times: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on March 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
