We are pleased to share exciting news with you about bold new directions in the Emeriti Program that will expand services for Emeriti participants, starting in January 2012.   

• Emeriti’s new accumulation record keeper, trust services provider, and investment manager will be TIAA-CREF, based in New York, with nearly one century of distinguished service to the non-profit community for financial services supporting retirement income security.   
• Emeriti’s new disbursement record keeper for Emeriti group insurance administration and Emeriti medical expense reimbursement processing will be Savitz, a Philadelphia company with more than forty years of experience in full-service benefits services supporting employees and retirees in organizations nationwide.      
• Savitz will perform record keeping services for the 2012 annual insurance open enrollment period, which will begin October 31 and conclude on December 31, 2011.  
• The Emeriti Service Center call number (1-866-EMERITI) and the Emeriti website (www.emeritihealth.org) will remain the same.    
• Information will be shared during Emeriti’s annual fall workshops on November 3.  For specific times, please check here.

The Wellness Center – Health Services will be providing flu vaccines to employees during a 2-day Flu Vaccine Clinic.  This Wellness Event is co-sponsored by Human Resources and the Wellness Center.  All participants will be required to wait 15 minutes following their injection.

Flu vaccines will be given to staff with the co-pay waived.  The Wellness Center also has 200 flu vaccines available to students at no charge as long as they participate in the Flu Clinic. 

To Register:  

• Staff should register through Events Management in CLIQ.   
•  Students should register through the Students Tab in Banner.  Health Services staff cannot register students by
   phone or e-mail.  
•  Each time slot has a specific number of appointments available, if you are unable to register for a specific time, then it has been filled and you should choose an alternative time.  You may only register for one appointment time.  
•  You should click the 2011 Flu Vaccine Clinic Participation Form to complete and bring along with you to your scheduled appointment.

Staff with questions regarding the flu vaccine should contact their health care provider.
