Graffiti, Community, and Social Action Workshop

Come this Friday, October 21st at 6pm on KW Lawn to learn from renowned graffiti artist and community muralist, Pose2, how to do graffiti art and also to have a conversation about how to use graffiti and other art forms as a tool for community building and social action! Paint and panels provided!!! No prior experience or skill required.

Vanessa Hidary a.k.a. The Hebrew Mamita

Spoken word poet, Vanessa Hidary, will be performing on Monday, October 24 at 1:30 pm in The Depot.

Vanessa's poetry is featured in the short film The Tribe.  On 10/24, she'll do some excerpts from her acclaimed show, "Culture Bandit" plus a few others.

Following the performance, she'll be doing a slam poetry workshop with students in Professor Lieber's Women, Gender & Judaism class.
