Heather Livingston, a Spanish language student, incorporated her language skills into a fun and interesting bi-lingual guided tour of the farm for fellow students.

Professor Mark Aldrich made a plein air Paella lunch for all the students and their guests. Many of the ingredients used in the paella were fresh picked from the college farm.
