On January 11, 2012 LTC Ret. Charlotte Kinney from the Carlisle Chapter of the Military Officer's Association of America (MOAA) awarded Dickinson Cadet Elizabeth Kraft, a communicatoins major from Messiah College with a $500 scholarship. Cadet Kraft was selected from her peers to receive the award based on her excellent performance in ROTC. Cadet Kraft was a standout this past fall, and as a senior helped lead the Dickinson ROTC Ranger Challenge Team to their best finish in 6 years, placing third in their bracket and eighth overall out of 41 teams. Cadet Kraft will commission this May in the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Adjudant Generals Corps.
