Registration
Thursday 4–8 p.m.,
Friday 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Upon your arrival on campus, please pick up your registration packet, keys, meal tickets and updated schedules. For those of you staying on campus, there will be a $100 key deposit collected at registration. MasterCard and Visa will be accepted. This deposit will be returned at checkout. Registration will be held in the Social Hall, Holland Union Building, located on College Street. Late check-ins must make arrangements in advance through the Office of College Relations..
Reunion Class Dinners
Reservations for Saturday night’s reunion dinners will not be accepted after the deadline. Reunion class dinner reservations must be made online or by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it to the Office of College Relations no later than May 30.
On-campus Housing
Bed linens, towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets are provided for each paying guest. Shared bathrooms are separate for men and women. We will guarantee rooms on campus for alumni who preregister. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there are no telephones in the residence halls. In the case of an emergency, the Public Safety Office is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at 717-245-1349.
Off-campus Housing
For those who prefer not to stay in dorms, please call the Office of College Relations for a list of area hotels, or check the Web site at www.dickinson.edu/about/hotels.html.
Checkout time
Sunday 8 a.m.–noon. All rooms must be vacated by noon, and keys must be returned to the Social Hall, Holland Union Building, before you leave campus.
Golden Alumni
Alumni who graduated before 1959 are members of our “golden alumni” and are invited to attend Alumni Weekend every year. Members of this group are guests of the college during the luncheon on Saturday.
Recreation
The Kline Center, pool and Fitness Center will be open throughout the weekend. Check at registration for hours of operation. Please bring your own towel if you plan on using the pool.
Refunds
Cancellations will be accepted with full refunds until Monday, June 9. You must contact the Office of College Relations at 717-245-1373 to cancel and request a refund.
Reunion Photos
Class photos will be taken Saturday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Please check at registration for your class’s time and location.
Child Care
The Office of College Relations can place an advertisement in the campus newsletter for anyone in need of a babysitter during the weekend. Arrangements for sitters must be made between you and the student. The college cannot provide names of students for baby-sitting purposes.
