Transfer Application Forms

Dickinson accepts the Common Application for Transfers.  Please click here to link to the Common App website.  Be sure to use the application for transfers, not First Years.

In addition to the Common Application, Dickinson requires supplemental information that is only available by downloading the documentation from this web page. Our Transfer Supplement consists of three required sections which are available in Adobe Acrobat pdf format below. You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files and you have the option to either download the entire transfer supplement or just individual sections. Completed forms should be sent to the Admissions Office by the application deadline.

When applying as a transfer student you must download and submit the Transfer Supplement which includes all three required sections.

As Dickinson processes your Transfer Supplement, you might receive notification that your documentation is incomplete and that either one more sections are missing. For your convenience, the separate sections of the Transfer Supplement are listed below as Adobe Acrobat pdf files to download and submit to the admissions office via e-mail as an attachment, by fax, or by regular mail.
