First-year students interested in applying to Dickinson College can either submit their applications online or download the files and send the completed forms to us. Dickinson participates in the Common Application. The Common Application is an organization that facilitates processing college applications for 300 member institutions. We encourage students to apply online as an effective and environmentally friendly method to submit your application.

Dickinson offers application materials in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format that you can download from the Web. You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.

Applicants may download the entire first-year application for fall 2008 or individual sections from the application including the online fee payment. Please note that the complete application is 23 pages long and may take a few minutes to download.

Application Plans and Deadlines

Students may apply to Dickinson as Early Decision I or II, Early Action or Regular Decision candidates, and each plan has a separate deadline. To learn more, refer to our Web pages regarding application plans and deadlines.

Additional Information for International Students

International students should complete the Common Application and all required documents for first-year students. In addition, international students interested in applying for financial aid must complete the Declaration and Certification of Finances and International Student Financial Aid Application forms which are available as PDF files on our international forms Web page.
