Dickinson's Mock Trial team advances, for the fourth consecutive year, to the operning round of the national tournment. The nine-member team will compete with teams from Cornell University, Georgetown University, Lafayette College, St. John's University and the University of Pennsylvania at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse in Washington, D.C. the weekend of March 17 and 18, 2012. Team members include: Margot Cardamone '14, Austin Farnet '12, Juliana Carter '13, Andrew Chesley '13, Mary Kate Skehan '12, Josh Handelsman '12, Peter Wright '12, Will Nelligan' 14, and Jenna Long '12. The American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) recognized one of our first-year students, Frank James, as an All-Region Best Attorney. Sophomore, Will Nelligan, was named All-Region Best Witness as both a prosecution and a defense witness. And, Mary Kate Skehan, senior, earned an All-Region Best Attorney Award.  Congratulations to all and good luck in the opening round!
