The House Divided Project recently launched the Lincoln-Douglas Debates Digital Classroom (http://housedivided.dickinson.edu/debates )--a new website designed to provide teaching resources on the famous 1858 political campaign between Abraham Lincoln and Stephen Douglas. Professors John Osborne and Matthew Pinsker direct the House Divided Project and history majors Donald Sailer ('09), David Park ('10), David Gillespie ('11), and Benjamin Lyman ('11) helped build this particular digital classroom. Generous grants from the Motorola Foundation and the college's Research & Development Committee helped fund the endeavor.
