Editorial Policy
Creative Services edits all text for tone, style, punctuation, grammar, length, etc. The department uses as its primary references The Associated Press Stylebook (2011 edition) and The American Heritage Dictionary, Fourth Edition.
Image Requirements
All submitted images should be originals from a digital camera or an unaltered image that is at least 300 dpi (but no smaller than 4 inches by 6 inches). Acceptable image file formats (for print) include tiff, EPS, JPG, PSD (Photoshop), and AI (Illustrator). We can convert any high resolution image to work for Web projects. Please do not take any images directly from a Web site, and be sure that you have the rights to any images that you supply.
