Tuition Schedule of Benefits



TUITION REMISSION and TUITION ASSISTANCE is provided according to the following schedule based on eligibility date:

 

Employees hired prior to September 1, 2009

Employees hired September 1, 2009 or after

After 12 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount After 36 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 24 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount After 48 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount
After 36 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount After 60 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount
   
1. Eligible amount for Tuition Remission is not to exceed Dickinson College's full tuition cost. 1. Eligible amount for Tuition Remission is not to exceed Dickinson College's full tuition cost.
2. Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of Dickinson's tuition, not to exceed the full tuition of the attending institution. 2. Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of the tuition of the institution that the dependent child is attending, not to exceed 50% of Dickinson's tuition.
3.  Eligible tuition amount for Tuition Assistance is 50% of the attending institution's tuition, not to exceed 15% of Dickinson's tuition.  (Effective 9/1/12 available to Support Staff) 3.  Eligible tuition amount for Tuition Assistance is 50% of the attending institution's tuition, not to exceed 15% of Dickinson's tuition.  (Effective 9/1/12 available to Support Staff)

 

All other fees beyond tuition, such as room and board, are your responsibility.
