Tuition Schedule of Benefits
TUITION REMISSION and TUITION ASSISTANCE is provided according to the following schedule based on eligibility date:
Employees hired prior to September 1, 2009

Employees hired September 1, 2009 or after

| After 12 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount |
After 36 months of employment, 1/3 of the eligible tuition amount |
| After 24 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount |
After 48 months of employment, 2/3 of the eligible tuition amount |
| After 36 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount |
After 60 months of employment, full eligible tuition amount |

| 1. Eligible amount for Tuition Remission is not to exceed Dickinson College's full tuition cost. |

| 2. Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of Dickinson's tuition, not to exceed the full tuition of the attending institution. |
2. Eligible amount for Tuition Assistance is up to 50% of the tuition of the institution that the dependent child is attending, not to exceed 50% of Dickinson's tuition. |
| 3. Eligible tuition amount for Tuition Assistance is 50% of the attending institution's tuition, not to exceed 15% of Dickinson's tuition. (Effective 9/1/12 available to Support Staff) |

All other fees beyond tuition, such as room and board, are your responsibility.
