Recycling Policies & Procedures

Facilities Management recycles paper, commingled waste materials, cardboard, yard waste and motor oil. In each campus building containers for trash, recycled paper and commingled recyclables are provided for convenient disposal.
Commingled recyclables include tin, aluminum, glass of any color, and plastics.
Recyclable paper includes paper of any stock or color, including newspaper and magazine paper.
The college also composts food waste from the Dining Hall and other select areas on campus, sending hundreds of pounds of material to the College Farm on a daily basis.
