Senior Week

Honorary Degrees and Awards

Honorary degrees were awarded to Allan E. Goodman, president and CEO of the Institute of International Education; Harriet Mayor Fulbright, president of the J. William & Harriet Fulbright Center; and James DePriest, conductor, poet and director of conducting and orchestral studies at the Julliard School. Prize-winners Russell Bova, professor of political science, and the class of 2011's Darcy Phillips, Juan Carlos Flores, Thanh To, Erica Hartz and Laura Ives Wilson were among the exceptional Dickinsonians recognized during the Commencement ceremony.
